Auto Loot destinations per item and Nexus Caster fixes

More control over collection and combat helpers.
• Auto Loot can be enabled or paused without deleting the list.
• Each item can have its own destination container; items without one use the default container.
• Selection includes loaded containers, even closed and nested ones; coins can go to the bank.
• If the destination is unavailable or full, the item stays in the corpse.
• Caster received potion, rune, healing priority and settings restoration fixes.
• Auto Target A–F uses one selection and works independently of Shooter Helper.
Interface changes in this delivery are for the desktop client. The mobile client kept its earlier version.
