Caster: simplified Auto Food and reorganized controls

Caster is easier to configure in the desktop web client.
• Auto Food no longer requires food selection or a manual interval.
• When enabled, it searches loaded containers, including closed and nested ones, and eats when regeneration has 150 seconds or less remaining or has ended.
• Store Inbox is not used as a food source.
• Rune Shooter uses the shared Auto Target A–F target, or the manual target when Auto Target is off.
• Old per-rune target and area options were removed.
• Native selectors show percentages, counts, priorities and range while preserving saved custom values.
• Window, headings, slots and icons were reorganized for readability.
This delivery updated the server and desktop web client. Download packages and the mobile client remain on earlier versions.
